About Me
I work in workforce planning and data science, with over a decade turning messy labour and operations data into decisions leaders can act on. My focus is the hardest workforce question an organization faces: will we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, years before we need them?
I build workforce models on public data that project an organization's people needs years out: who is retiring, where skills gaps are opening, and which roles are hardest to fill. The same toolkit, forecasting, risk modelling, and clear executive storytelling in Python and SQL, applies across sectors, from operations and logistics to contact centres and the public sector.
Retirements, hiring shortfalls, skills gaps, and grounding workforce decisions in evidence instead of guesswork, that's the work I care about most.
